[FFXIV] Valentione's Day Quest 2015

This was my favorite event last year. I loved the Valentione outfit that I got from the quests and for a while, it was my character's glamour set. If you missed the announcement, you can check out the quests here

This year, they made it the quest a little different. Like all seasonal quests, you will be requested to do a quest from each of the main cities.

You will be asked to find NPCs and deliver gifts but the twist is, unlike normal quest npcs, these won't have markers.

So, to help, here are the locations of the NPCs you need to find, based on the hints given to you.

Gridania

Ul'dah

Wowotazi
Location: BlackBrush Station

Limsa Lominsa

Thrydwulf

Once you complete these quests, you will have access to the last quest where you will be rewarded a Paramore Barding.
